A 47 Year Tradition
Start your 4th of July with a bang by volunteering in the 44th annual Excelsior Firecracker Run! The 4th of July Excelsior Run is organized through Minnetonka Community Education and the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce. We have three race distances including the 1 Mile, 5K and 10K, touring the scenic terrain of historic downtown Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka. Runners of all ages get a chance to take part in this great community event.
Proceeds from the 1 Mile, 5K, 10K all help fund the beloved 4th of July Fireworks!
